K-TRACS Account Management

 
NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Users are required to notify K-TRACS staff within 30 days of any action that would disqualify them from being authorized to receive K-TRACS information (K.S.A. 65-1685 (d)).

Likewise, supervising prescribers and pharmacists are required to notify K-TRACS staff within 30 calendar days of any action that would disqualify a delegate from being authorized to receive program data (i.e., no longer employed, license expiration, etc.) Supervisors should use the methods listed above for removing access for delegates.

DELEGATES & SUPERVISORS

When K-TRACS delegates leave your practice, please either remove them from your K-TRACS account or contact K-TRACS staff to remove their access.

On an annual basis, review the delegates listed in your K-TRACS account to ensure users have the appropriate access.
