Other Facility Inspection Reports

The following Inspection Reports represent inspections conducted at facilities located in Kansas and registered with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy. Inspections are conducted by a Licensed Pharmacist employed by the Board. Findings of "needs improvement" or "non-compliant" do not constitute disciplinary action by the Board. Facility disciplinary actions may be found here: facility orders.

The Kansas Board of Pharmacy certifies that the following reports are updated weekly and are a primary source verification of the information, as authentic as a direct inquiry to the Board.

Inspection reports below are listed in numerical order by facility registration number. You may also use the search box at the top of the page to search by facility registration number. To locate a facility registration number or verify the current registration status of a facility, please visit the Board's license verification page.
